The Real Estate Agriculture Group (REAG) is a farm, ranch and commercial
land brokerage firm based at El Canoncito, a small 10 acre estate
just outside of Portland, Texas in San Patricio County.

I'm JW Richeson, owner and founder of REAG. I am a licensed real
estate broker who has served the southern portion of Texas since
1975. My brokerage strategy is research-driven and market-focused,
resulting in a diverse property portfolio.
Since 1975
In 1975 I formed "Richeson & Associates", a management
marketing firm. My first real estate assignment was the management
and leasing of a small mall in Brownsville, Texas.
Evolving
The name later changed to "JW Richeson & Associates"
after moving to Corpus Christi, Texas, where I specialized in commercial
transactions: Office buildings, convenience stores, motels, restaurants,
retail, apartments and small businesses.
Back to My Roots
A few years ago my wife Brenda and I bought a 10 acre track of
land just outside Portland, Texas, over looking Nueces Bay. The
development process and just getting back to nature has lead me
to my current direction...
Love Doing It
We should love doing what we do. I love the country and I love
selling real estate. So here I am. Specializing in farm, ranch and
light commercial property.
Branch Offices
I love it so much that my goal is to establish 50 REAG
branch offices by the end of 2010, helping others to get in
the business.
