Group are two separate divisions under one umbrella. The Agriculture
Group specializes in farm, ranch and rural land brokerage. The Asset
Group specializes in commercial, industrial and investment brokerage

I'm JW Richeson, owner and founder of REAG. I am a licensed real
estate broker who has served the southern portion of Texas since
1975. My brokerage strategy is research-driven and market-focused,
resulting in a diverse property portfolio.
Since 1975
In 1975 I formed "Richeson & Associates", a management
marketing firm. My first real estate assignment was the management
and leasing of a small mall in Brownsville, Texas.
Diversity
The name later changed to "JW Richeson & Associates"
after moving to Corpus Christi, Texas, where I specialized in commercial
transactions: Office buildings, convenience stores, motels, restaurants,
retail, apartments and small businesses.
Back to My Roots
A few years ago my wife Brenda and I bought a 10 acre track of
land just outside Portland, Texas, overlooking Nueces Bay. The development
process and just getting back to nature has lead me to my current
direction...the creation of REAG the Real Estate Agriculture group
in 2006.
Two Groups
In 2008 the "Real Estate Asset Group" was formed and
the name "JW Richeson & Associates" was dropped, creating
two divisions under the same acronym, "REAG". The Real
Estate Agriculture Group specializing in farm, ranch and rural property,
and The Real Estate Asset Group specializing in commercial, industrial
and investment properties.
